Last updated: March 24, 2026
At Loveborn, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
When you book a service or interact with our website, we may collect the following information:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Your estimated due date and relevant birth preferences
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your credit card numbers on our servers
- Any additional details you provide during booking or correspondence
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill your orders and provide the services you've booked
- Communicate with you about your booking, pickup logistics, and service updates
- Improve our services, website experience, and client support
- Send occasional updates about Loveborn, if you've opted in
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party services that help us operate:
- Stripe — for secure payment processing
- Resend — for transactional and booking-related emails
- Vercel — for website hosting, anonymous analytics, and performance monitoring
- Supabase — for secure data storage and client portal authentication
These providers have their own privacy policies and handle your data in accordance with industry standards.
Client Portal
Loveborn offers a client portal where you can manage your booking and keepsake preferences. Access is provided through a magic link sent to your email — no passwords are required.
Your keepsake selections and booking preferences are stored securely and are accessible only to you and the Loveborn team.
Cookies & Analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep our website running smoothly and to understand how we can improve your experience. We do not use invasive tracking or third-party advertising cookies.
When you first visit our site, a cookie consent banner lets you choose which categories of cookies you'd like to allow. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser storage and revisiting the site.
Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled. They include:
- Session cookies — maintain your login state in the client portal and admin dashboard
- Security cookies — protect against cross-site request forgery and verify request origin
- Cart state — remember items in your shopping cart during your visit
- Cookie consent— remember your cookie preferences so we don't ask again
Analytics Cookies
With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how visitors interact with our site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where performance can be improved. This data is aggregated and anonymous. No personal information is collected through analytics, and no data is shared with advertising networks.
Functional Cookies
These cookies remember your preferences to enhance your experience — for example, keeping you logged in to the client portal between visits and remembering your cookie consent choices.
Third-Party Services
When you interact with certain features, third-party services may set their own cookies:
- Stripe — sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and secure payment processing
- Supabase — sets session tokens for client portal authentication
These services have their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control the cookies they set.
Data Retention
We retain your booking and service data for up to two years after your most recent service. After that period, your personal information is securely deleted unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
- Delete your personal data from our systems
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
